1. Booking & deposits

A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received and we issue written confirmation. The balance is due by the date stated on your invoice.

2. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation charges apply on a sliding scale depending on how far ahead of departure you cancel. Full details are provided with your quote.

3. Changes to your trip

We'll always try to accommodate changes. Some may incur supplier fees beyond our control.

4. Travel insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of travelling with us.

5. Liability

We act as an agent for the suppliers who provide your travel services and are not liable for their acts or omissions beyond what local law requires.
